If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a pharmacist operating Daegu Suwon-gu C, and D is a person who is not a pharmacist as the defendant's wife.

No person, other than pharmacists or herb pharmacists, shall prepare medicines, and pharmacists or herb pharmacists shall prepare medicines on condition of a license, respectively.

Nevertheless, around 11:00 on December 8, 2018, the Defendant assisted the above D to prepare medicines in a dispensary as specified in the prescription of the doctor brought by E to customers.
