Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are co-owners of E(11,563 square meters) in light of the name of light.

1. Although those who intend to convert a mountainous district in violation of the Management of Mountainous Districts Act obtain permission from the competent authority for setting the purpose thereof and obtain permission from the Defendants, the Defendants, without joint permission from the competent authority. On April 2015, by cutting off 100 square meters of 5,000 square meters of the above forest land for the purpose of farming houses in the middle of 2015, the Defendants converted the form and quality of the mountainous district to convert a mountainous district.

2. Although a person who violates the Creation and Management of Forest Resources Act intends to cut standing timber in a forest, he/she obtained permission from the competent administrative agency, the Defendants, without obtaining permission from the competent administrative agency. On April 2015, he/she cut 100 mar trees with 5,000 marbs of 5,000 marbs in a police officer.

3. A person who violates the Special Act on Public Housing Construction, etc. shall obtain permission from the competent authorities to change the form and quality of land, fell bamboo trees, etc. in a public housing zone, but the Defendants jointly cut 100 square meters of night trees in a public housing zone and altered the form and quality of land without obtaining permission from the competent authorities.
