The punishment of defendants shall be six months.

The execution of a sentence shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 2019, the Defendant: (a) attached a motor vehicle registration number plate (B) on the street to “B” for the purpose of operating his/her “Mice” 250cc without registration at any place; and (b) attached the motor vehicle registration number plate (B) on the street.

For the purpose of exercising this, the Defendant used illegally the symbols of public offices.

2. Around 09:00 on March 29, 2019, the Defendant operated the Meice “B” while attaching the above number plate on the front road of the “D” located in Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si.

The defendant exercised the symbols of the public office that was used in such unlawful manner.

3. The Defendant, a holder of Oral Duna, operated Dunae, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front side of the “D” on the same date.

4. On the same date, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) operated the Meice without a driver’s license from approximately 1.5 km section to the front of the “D” in the Kim Jong apartment parking lot at the same time.
