Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A was the field manager for safety and health as the site manager of the B corporation that contracted for the structural construction of the “H apartment construction site” in the Busan Dong-gu G.

The Defendant, on May 24, 2014, was about 17:10 degrees of slope sloped around 17:10, and the Defendant did not take necessary measures to prevent danger, such as properly placing an guide at the construction site at the construction site, where workers had contacted with the vehicle machinery or faced with the danger of disaster, due to a large number of concrete mixing trucks.

A. On May 24, 2014, the above Defendant did not take necessary measures to prevent danger, such as safely installing and maintaining a passage on the retaining wall of the middle school in the same year, employed by workers at the construction site, where a large number of concrete mixtures trucks are traveling along, and there is a risk that accidents may occur due to their contact with, or facing, the vehicle construction machinery.

B. The above Defendant did not take measures to prevent industrial accidents by properly placing guides at the construction site despite that it was a situation where there was a risk of industrial accidents to workers employed by B, a contracting company, at the above time and at the above place.

4. Defendant D Co., Ltd., an employee of Defendant D Co., Ltd., committed the above offenses with respect to the business of the corporation at the above time and place.
