A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

C The chief of the D Report room, Defendant A and E, F, and Victim G (20) are employees of the above Report room.

1. C and Defendant A’s joint crimes committed on March 12, 2014, while drinking alcohol together with the victim at the I frequency restaurant located in Gu/Simsi, Simsi, Y around 06:0 on March 12, 2014. Although the J, an employee of the above sidewalk, did not notify C of the fact that he/she was aware of the fact, he/she did not speak to C. However, C was 5-6 times with the victim’s hand floor, and the Defendant tried to leep the victim’s buck with the victim’s hand floor at 4-5 times, and the Defendant 4-5 times with the victim’s hand and tried to lick the victim’s buck with the victim’s hand outside of the restaurant.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim jointly with C.

2. The Defendants jointly committed crimes with C, the Defendant, E, and F, together with C, E, and F, moved a victim after the assault, as described in paragraph 1, around March 12, 2014, around 09:0, to the studio parking lot for K operation, a lodging room located in Gu, Si, Gu, Si, si, with the victim on the vehicle.

C는 제 1 항 기재와 같은 이유로 차량에서 피해자가 내리자마자 손바닥으로 피해자의 뺨을 10회 때려 바닥에 넘어뜨리고, 피고인은 손바닥으로 피해자의 뺨을 10회 때린 후, 피해자를 위 원룸 201호로 데리고 가 C, 피고인, F이 각각 발로 피해자의 몸을 수십 회 밟았고, 다시 피해자를 주차장으로 데리고 가 피고인은 손바닥으로 피해자의 뺨을 10회 때리고 발로 피해자의 얼굴을 10회 차고, C는 손바닥으로 피해자의 뺨을 10회 때리고 다리를 걸어 넘어뜨리고, F은 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴과 배를 수십 회 때리고, E은 발로 피해자의 가슴 부위를 10회 찼다.

As a result, the Defendant, together with C, E, and F, inflicted injury on the victim, such as the left-hand side, the floor, and the frame of the inner walls that require treatment for about 42 days.
