A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from June 18, 2013 to August 29, 2013, installed shower facilities and marina rooms in the name of Gyeyang-gu B building 203 and “C marina area” and had the said female employees perform a similar sexual intercourse, which would cause the said female employees to see the sex of the said male descendants as soon as possible or the said female employees to see the said female employees as being 100,000 won or 120,000 won from the male descendants who employed the said female female female female employees D, and had them enter the said female female employees into the same sexual intercourse with the said female employees by having them enter the said female employees’ sexual intercourse with 40,000 won or 60,000 won from August 8, 2013 to August 29, 2013.

As a result, the defendant conspired with E to arrange commercial sex acts.
