A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by a fine of ten million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 24, 2015, the Defendant dumped waste, such as spiting cigarette butts on the roadside of the Busan-gu B building on October 24, 2015.

2.
