Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor by the Seoul Northern District Court on the part of July 2, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 24, 2015.

On August 14, 2014, around 21:07, the Defendant dumped waste in front of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul.
