A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

The defendant shall complete 40 hours of sexual assault treatment program.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a victim B (a family name, a female, 14 years old)-friendly father.

1. At the end of October 2019, the Defendant got out of the victim who was trying to sleep under the D Building E, a residence of the Defendant located in Osan-si, Osan-si, and brought about losses on the chest of the victim himself.

2. On November 2019, the Defendant continued to look back with the victim’s chest while he did not refuse to take a cell phone after the victim’s cell phone was accumulated in the front part of the Defendant’s front part of the Sinsan-si F, and continued to look back with the victim’s chest while he did not refuse to do so.

3. On December 2019, the Defendant: (a) around December 2019, the Defendant placed the victim’s clothes in which he/she reported a mobile phone by putting him/herself in the cell room; and (b) stored the victim’s chests and fluences.

4. On February 2020, the Defendant left the victim as a guardian at the place specified in the above Paragraph 2 of the same Article, and continued to look at the victim's chests and fry, and even if the victim refused to stop the victim's body, the Defendant got the victim's chests and frys of the victim's chests and frys.

5. On February 14, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around February 14, 2020, up to the clothes of the victim that reported a mobile phone by being accumulated in the room at the place specified in the above paragraph (2), the Defendant sent the victim’s chests and fluences.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim who is a relative of relatives six times.
