1. In relation to C construction projects implemented by the Plaintiff (Counter-Defendant) in the Boan-si B, Boan-si, the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant).

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. A project operator, including the status of parties: The project operator who constructs the instant electric power plant and contributes to the stabilization of electricity supply and demand after 2008: the project period of 4,000 MW (500 MW level 8): the facility capacity: from January 1, 1982 to December 2, 2008, the project area is for the first change of 287,520 square meters in the name of the E E, Nowon-si, and 3,000 MW (50W level 6) 4,000 MW (500W level 8), 1,000 M (50W level 2), and 51,00 MM (50W rate 2), and the scale of electric power resource development project approved by the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Energy pursuant to Article 251,265,751,2555,265,2755,205,275,251,251,25,2982.

A) The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy publicly announced the execution plan for electric power resource development business for the construction business (amended) as D/D (hereinafter “instant construction business”), and the said public announcement is called “instant public announcement”.

2) On April 12, 1990, G, H, and I jointly acquired a license for the fish farming business of a double-sea (license number K; hereinafter “previous fishery business”) with the validity term until April 11, 1997 with respect to the fishing ground (hereinafter “previous fishing ground”) of Jambae-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do (hereinafter “previous fishing ground”).

3) On November 11, 1996, the Defendant acquired the right to share 1/3 of the previous fishery right from H, and the Boan City Mayor extended the term of validity of the previous fishery license to April 11, 2007. 4) Boan City established the redevelopment plan on the previous fishing ground, etc. and approved the development plan by the Do governor of Chungcheongnam-do on May 25, 2006, and around that time publicly announced the development plan as Boan City L, the Defendant would obtain a fishery license for the previous fishing ground (hereinafter “instant fishing ground”).
