A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

While serving as a taxi engineer B, the Defendant retired from office on the ground of personal circumstances without notifying him of the suspension of his license, but was rejected due to the discovery of the fact of drunk driving. However, the Defendant reported the decision of rejection to the National Human Rights Commission as a violation of human rights, but did not accept it. However, the Defendant demanded the issuance of a retirement allowance specification by requesting for a lawsuit claiming overtime allowances that do not correspond to the Defendant, and did not neglect his behavior.

At around 14:50 on October 15, 2019, the Defendant called “B to reissue the retirement allowance statement because it has lost it,” but “I want to find and communicate it in the tax accountant office.” On the same day, the Defendant continued to see “I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am at the office B located in the Government City D, and I am, and I am, I am, I am, I am, I am am, I am am, I am am unable to issue the statement of retirement allowance statement.”
