1. The defendant shall pay 150,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from June 8, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. On July 20, 2001, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 133,00,000 to the Defendant, and agreed to receive KRW 150,000,000, including interest on August 19, 2001, and received from the Defendant a notarial deed of promissory notes with face value of KRW 150,000,000 from the Defendant, and then received from the Defendant a letter of commitment and payment for the obligation to repay the said loans in installments three times by the end of December 2008.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the above loan 150,000,000 won and damages for delay.

B. On July 20, 2001, the defendant prepared and delivered to the plaintiff a notarial deed of promissory notes (hereinafter "notarial deed of this case") dated 2001 with the issuer, the payee, the plaintiff, the face value of 150,000,000, and the issue date of July 20, 2001, and the due date of August 19, 2001, and there is no dispute between the parties, and the plaintiff was delivered with the notarial deed of this case with the notarial deed of this case as of August 19, 201, the notarial deed of this case, Gap evidence 3, 6, 11, 19-2, 2-5, Eul evidence 2-5, witness testimony, and the purport of the whole oral argument with the defendant's testimony at the plaintiff's request on March 2008, the plaintiff and the defendant's 1-2,000,0000,000 won, respectively, were delivered to the plaintiff.

July 20, 2001
