Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On July 13, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon support, and the execution of the sentence was completed at the Gyeong vocational training prison on April 6, 2017.

[2] On September 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) while working as an employee of Pyeongtaek-si Co., Ltd. as an employee of the same company; (b) was living in Pyeongtaek-si F Studio C* 3* the above company dormitory with the victim D and the victim E; and (c) was stolen with 600,000 won at the market price of the victim D, inside the dormitory, and with 470,000 won at the market price of the victim E, and 70,000 won at the market price.
