A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 24, 2014, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective action, deadly weapons, etc.) found the victim C (here, 49 years old) to a "D" restaurant that works as an employee, while under the influence of alcohol around 00:30 on April 24, 2014.

At around 01:10 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) reported the situation in which the victim would not live together while engaging in a clock dispute with the victim; (b) was placed on the floor by putting the victim’s head debt out of the room; (c) took a deadly weapon, which is a deadly weapon (total length: 23 cm, 12 cm in length: 12 cm); (d) was placed on the part of the victim and the part of the victim, and (e) discarded with the victim’s head, etc.; and (e) took a deadly weapon (total length: 23 cm in length; 12 cm in length; and (e) died.”

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim with a deadly weapon.

2. The Defendant has come to hedge with the victim due to the instant Paragraph 1 and has used mobile phones in the name of the victim.

When the victim was terminated and could not use it, the victim continued to contact the victim and around 17:00 on July 9, 2014, the victim visited the suspect's residence and lived together with this frame.

On July 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 08:50 on July 11, 2014, the defect that the victim left, and (b) demanded the victim to refrain from sexual intercourse, and (c) did not make it known to the victim, and (d) opened both the entrance and windows in the residence, and opened a gas valve and opened a gas valve, and ice connected with the gas pipe, which sprinked well with the gas pipe.
