Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Seized evidence 1 to 8 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

[2015고단1151] 피고인은 중국에 있는 소위 ‘보이스피싱’ 조직원으로부터 ‘위챗(we chat)’이라는 채팅 어플리케이션을 통해 실시간으로 지시를 받아 보이스피싱 범행에 사용될 계좌에 연결된 체크카드를 모집하고, 그 계좌에 입금된 돈을 인출하고, 이를 다시 중국에 있는 조직원에게 송금하는 역할을 하는 체크카드 모집 및 인출 관리책으로서, ‘D’, ‘E’라는 닉네임을 사용하는 성명불상의 조직원 등과 함께 국내 불특정 다수 피해자들을 상대로 경찰, 금융감독원 등을 사칭하여 위와 같이 모집한 계좌로 돈을 입금 받아 편취하기로 공모하였다.

As a result, the Defendant acquired the means of access in collusion with the Defendant’s personal singing staff.

2. On March 3, 2015, a staff member of a scop-up scop-up operation with the following contents: (a) a malicious code is installed on a computer used by the victim J on March 3, 2015; and (b) a victim misrepresented the Korea Financial Supervisory Service on the Internet following the Internet divers connected by the victim to conduct Internet banking operations; and (c) a security assurance is required due to the occurrence of security problems in a certified certificate.
