Defendant

A A shall be punished by a fine of 2 million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 19, 2012, the Defendants: (a) conspired with D (the suspension of indictment on the same day) in collusion; (b) found the Defendants to G Hospital operated by the Victim F in Busan, Seo-gu E, Busan on January 19, 2012; (c) called “I would bring the hospital home at the hospital unless 470 million won is known”; (d) mobilized the changed volume of work to gather water treatment equipment, cleaning equipment, television, etc.; and (e) interfered with the affairs concerning the operation of the hospital by avoiding a small amount of 2-hour disturbance.

2. On January 20, 2012, Defendants: (a) conspired with D to find the said G Hospital around January 20, 2012; (b) demanded repayment of the obligation in the same manner as described in paragraph (1) 1; (c) removed the office equipment of fish containers, television, etc.; and (d) interfered with the business affairs of the victim’s hospital by avoiding disturbance in quantity for two hours.

3. On January 21, 2012, the Defendants conspired with D and interfered with the business operation of the victim’s hospital. At around 11:00 on January 21, 2012, the Defendants found the above G hospital and demanded the repayment of the debt in the same manner as described in paragraph 1. In order to remove the house of fish containers and television, and remove the house of the victim, and interfered with the business operation of the victim’s hospital by avoiding a small amount of time for 2 hours.
