A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On May 8, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and was serving in the previous prison on April 4, 2011.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

A. From April 16, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 13:00 on April 16, 2012, the victim C: (b) opened a driver’s seat of the E-A-Woo-Woo-Woo-Woo-Woo-Woo-Woo-Woo; and (c) operated the Shi-Woo-Woo-Woo-Woo-Woo-Woo-Woo-C-Woo-Woo-Woo

B. At around 13:00 on April 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) 100,000 won in cash owned by the victim of G G located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) 100,000 won in cash owned by the victim; and (c) 2,00,000 won in cash owned by the victim of a red swine boom.

C. On April 20, 2012, at around 13:15, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim H’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-nam-do; (b) carried KRW 100,000 in cash owned by the victim and one cell phone owned by the victim; and (c) stolen the victim’s cell phone.

On April 20, 2012, at around 13:30 on April 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) went into the house of the Victim J located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) went out to the house of the Victim J; and (c) cut off a yellow flaps owned by the victim who was in cash 100,000 won in inside the house.

E. At around 11:00 on April 23, 2012, the Defendant: (a) went to the office of the Victim K located in the Dandong-gun L, Jeonnam-gun; (b) laid down two head of the agricultural cooperative, two seals, and 20,000 won in cash in the swine storage; and (c) took and stolen them, respectively.

F. On April 23, 2012, the Defendant for theft against the victim Doamamamba Co., Ltd., the Defendant was the victim of the Doamba 364-14 located in the Doam-gun, Doam-gun, Doam-gun, Doam-gun around 11:29.
