1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 23, 2011, the Defendant concluded an enforcement contract with SNE on the following, in order to effectively implement a new apartment construction project of A Housing Association on the land outside B and two parcels in the Jeonsi-gu, Jeonju-si.

(hereinafter referred to as the “instant implementation agency contract”). [Article 3] The duties to be supported and performed under the implementation agency contract shall be as follows: (a) the duties to be performed by entering into the implementation agency contract, including the comprehensive formulation of a plan for the said project, the execution of funds, and the formulation of the housing association bylaws; and (b) the Defendant shall support and delegate all duties, decisions, etc. related to the construction of the apartment to S. in space.

(1) Affairs related to overall management and overall affairs related to the purchase of a building site.

(a) Location review, land sales contract, land transaction report, ownership transfer registration, trust registration, etc.;

(2) Affairs related to the public relations of sale, including affairs related to the review of utility and disposal of all other affairs and exclusions, such as affairs related to ownership, mortgage, etc.

(a) Formulation and implementation of various plans, including the establishment and operation of M/H, advertisement, etc., management of subscribers, consultation, notification, etc.;

(b) The duty of paying and managing contributions and providing guidance on prohibited acts in conflict with relevant Acts and subordinate statutes and regulations, etc.

(a) Organization registration, authorization for establishment of housing association, various impact assessments, approval for project plans, completion, occupancy, registration, liquidation, etc.;

(b) All kinds of permitted matters and supply prices due to the construction of the housing association.

(a) Affairs concerning design, supervision, or other contracts for the selection of services, the selection of construction works and the determination of contracts for construction works, etc.;

(b) Members related to partnership apartment business, including legal affairs, taxation, accounting, selection contracts for and exclusion from attorneys-at-law, and disposal of commercial buildings, etc.
