A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

Defendant
On January 9, 2013, the person against whom the attachment order was requested (hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny at the Daegu District Court and two years of suspended execution, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on the 17th of the same month.
1. 3. On January 18, 2010, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and the Protection of Victims (Rape, etc.) and the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Rape, etc.) committed a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse: (a) opened a toilet window on the second floor of the building E in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu; (b) opened the toilet door; and intrude into the house; and (c) laid the victim locked in the room; (d) opened the knife the knife with the knife to the knife tape; and (e) laid the victim knife with the knife’s hand, knife the knife with the knife’s hand; and (e) inserted part of the knife into the part of the knife.
