In full view of the purport of the entire argument in Gap evidence No. 1, it is recognized that the plaintiff lent KRW 30,000,000 on March 29, 2019, and KRW 10,000 on April 12, 2019 to the defendant at the request of the defendant around March 2019, and the due date was determined as the end of April 2019. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff interest for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from April 28, 2020 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the complaint of this case sought by the plaintiff.
