A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to four months by the Cheongju District Court for the unlawful uttering of official documents, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 1, 2014.
1. At around 15:00 on May 26, 2013, the Defendant, along with C, proposed that C, “E” on the first floor, set soup, set up, and set up, “E” on the 1st century located in Heung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju, the Defendant discovered one copy of the victim F (C), which is far away from the floor, and show it to C, and, with C’s consent, took possession of the said credit card using a crepan in which management of the soup, setup management was neglected.

However, the credit card was stolen, and the defendant and C did not have the intent and ability to pay the credit card price.
The Defendant and C received property from the victim in total at least KRW 1,167,600, in total five times as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, including the fact that the Defendant and C received property from the victim at least KRW 492,00,000.
In collusion with C, the Defendant received property by deceiving victims, and the F used a stolen credit card.
