1. Facts of recognition;

A. On July 30, 1919, the 6th 4 parts of the Gyeonggi Sejong-gun Forest C forest (hereinafter “C forest”) was assessed under the name of E, which had an address in Gyeonggi-si D on July 30, 1919.

B. Part of C forest land was F forest land 61,587 square meters (6 2 m2 m2 m2 m2 m2, hereinafter “F forest”), and registration of preservation of ownership was completed in the name of G.

On the other hand, the Gu forest land for H forest (hereinafter “H forest”) is indicated as “1st 9 square meters in area” (1,884 square meters) and “owner E” in the Gu forest land register.

C. The land indicated in the text (hereinafter “instant land”) was restored on May 6, 1997, and the Defendant completed registration of preservation of ownership, such as the written order, on the instant land.
