The crimes of paragraph (1)(b), (c) and (2) of the judgment of the defendant are punished by a fine of KRW 1,00,000,00.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On October 22, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for rape injury at Seoul High Court and five years of suspended execution, which became final and conclusive on January 8, 201, and is still under suspended execution.

【Criminal Facts】

The Defendant knew that alcoholic beverages are subject to punishment when offering alcoholic beverages at singing or arranging a person to have such an act of entertainment, and tried to avoid the payment of singing money by using the same drug points as above.

1. Suppression;

A. At around 20:30 on December 7, 2008, the Defendant: (a) paid 46,000 won for singing room including the fee for singing in cash in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; (b) paid 100,000 won, including the fee for singing; and (c) paid 100,000 won for more than two additional times, on the ground that Domins refused the second demand; (d) there was no difference in the victim’s delivery; and (e) on a simplified statement that the victim brought about, the Defendant made it using the invoice, and (e) reported that “I will bring about it accurately, as it is,” and (e) received 112 reports on mobile phone, and received 10,000 won for money from the victim, and paid 10,000 won for money for singing, and (e) received 10,000 won for money from the victim.

B. On June 3, 2012, around 00:40, the Defendant: (a) requested 2-hour singing rooms operated by the Victim G (Woo, 34 years of age) in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; (b) paid 56,00 won for singing in a card; and (c) entered 5-hours; and (d) demanded the Defendant to keep the cans in a room; (b) there is a defect that the Defendant could not bring in the cans in the room; and (c) there is a word “this year, where the cans are installed.”
