1. Defendant B Co., Ltd. shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,139,720 as well as its annual period from March 13, 2014 to January 14, 2015.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The relevant Plaintiff is a corporation with the purpose of construction business, and is a purchaser who entered into a sales contract with Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant B”) on June 19, 2012 with respect to the F Miscellaneous land in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, 1047 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).
Defendant C is the representative director of Defendant B, and Defendant D is the outside director of Defendant C with his father, and Defendant E purchased the instant land from Defendant B and completed the registration of ownership transfer as of March 8, 2013 after the instant sales contract was concluded.
B. On June 19, 2012, the Plaintiff (the Plaintiff was “Company G” at the time of the instant sales contract but the Plaintiff changed its name to the Plaintiff) purchased the instant land from Defendant B (the instant land at the time of June 19, 2012 consists of H large 241.1 square meters, I large 318 square meters, F large 318 square meters, JJ large 170 square meters, but was combined with F large 10471 square meters on October 2, 2013, and the land category was changed to miscellaneous land on October 4, 2013) and then newly constructed the instant building, and paid the instant land KRW 30 million under the name of Defendant B bank (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).

1. Ulsan Metropolitan City, Dong-gu, and three parcels, including H, indicating real estate;
2.In the sale of the above real estate under Article 1 of the contract terms, the buyer will pay the purchase price as follows:
The purchase price of KRW 2,300,000,000 for the purchase price of KRW 2,300,000 for the down payment of KRW 230,000 for the down payment of KRW 30,000 for the contract. The balance of KRW 2,070,000 for the contract shall be paid and received on October 19, 2012.
Article 2 The seller receives the balance of the purchase price from the buyer and at the same time transfers ownership to the buyer.
