A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 13, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court. On December 20, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the support of Suwon Gonwon Gonwon, and on January 21, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 13, 2016.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

A. On June 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 04:00 on June 2, 2017, the Defendant: (b) had the victim C’s “E hotel”; (c) had the manager at the seat of Gyeyang-gu Incheon; (d) had the manager at the seat; (e) had invaded into the inside room using the cres in which there is no worker at the hotel and the inside room; and (e) had the cash amount of KRW 600,000 in the inside knbs of the inside knb; and (e) had the manager at the seat of the said hotel.

B. From around 01:00 on June 6, 2017 to around 02:00 on the same day, the Defendant stolen the victim F, who was only the victim F, in the “H age club” located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, with the inner string, by using the gap between toilets, he stolen the victim’s husband’s Samsung Credit Card in the market price under the victim’s husband’s name.

On June 19, 2017, at around 06:00 on June 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with cash 1,015,000 won in the carter where only the Defendant was employed as an employee from “K Hotel” operated by the victim I in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon.

On June 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 21:56, the victim L in Gyeyang-gu operated by the victim L in Incheon Gyeyang-gu, had an interview to work as an employee; and (b) the Defendant had a cash amounting to 745,000 won that the victim was a woman in the toilet.
