Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

At around 17:00 on January 12, 2014, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a C Poter truck which was not covered by mandatory insurance, in front of the Dogwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si, which is located in the Masan University located in the Dogwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si.
