The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below was just in finding the Defendant guilty of all the charges of this case (excluding the part not guilty in the original trial) on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and there was no error of exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules,

Meanwhile, the argument that the court below erred in the misapprehension of legal principles as to the crime of acceptance of bribe is not a legitimate ground for appeal, which is alleged in the ground of appeal by the defendant as the ground for appeal or as not subject to ex officio judgment.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
