1. The Defendants jointly and severally agreed with the Plaintiff KRW 4,926,410, and 5% per annum from October 2, 2012 to January 16, 2015.
Reasons
The Korean Federation of Bus Transport Business Associations (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) concluded a motor vehicle mutual aid agreement with Honam-high speed stock companies on the instant bus bus (hereinafter “instant bus”) and agreed to compensate for damages caused by the instant bus operation.

Judgment
According to the above facts of recognition, Defendant B is the tortfeasor himself, and the Defendant Union is jointly and severally liable to compensate the Plaintiff for all damages arising from the instant accident in accordance with the mutual aid agreement.
Since the Plaintiff was on board the bus of this case, the Plaintiff neglected to ensure the safety of the bus by properly cutting down and rapidly moving the knife in preparation for the departure of the bus, and thus, failed to do so. Such error was caused by the occurrence and expansion of the damage caused by the instant accident.
