Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2013, at around 03:00, the Defendant used a game called Baduk in the “DPC bank” operated by the Victim C located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and changed the service of game money, but it was not possible to continue to run the game, the Defendant obstructed the operation of the PC bank by the victim for a period of about one hour by force, such as: (a) “I am going to know about how I am, I am going to know about I am, and I am to am.”
