A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Incheon District Court on August 21, 2012, which became final and conclusive on August 29, 2012.

1. Interference with business;

A. On January 15, 2012, the Defendant: (a) entered the PC room in Bupyeong-si B, Busan; (b) purchased KRW 300,00 in cash to the victim; and (c) demanded the victim to return part of the lost money to the PC game; and (d) refused to do so; and (c) obstructed the victim’s operation of the PC by forcing the customers in the said PC room to out of the outside; and (d) committing noise by force.

B. On April 2012, the Defendant interfered with the Defendant’s operation of the PC for approximately 30 minutes by avoiding disturbance, such as: (a) the Defendant: (b) the Defendant, at the early 2012 place as seen above; (c) the Defendant, a part-time E, a part-time E, was unable to play a game with a habiting wall for playing a flat game; and (d) the Defendant, “n't take a bath to “n's day-to-day weather”.

C. Around May 2012, the Defendant: (a) at the foregoing place; (b) when the said victim is running the PC business, the Nonindicted Party 2 obstructed the victim’s operation of the PC by force for approximately 30 minutes, on the ground that, while the said victim is running the PC business, those who face with the Defendant, and those who were unable to receive the name of the customer in the said place, were able to talk with the said person, and were unable to enter the PC by avoiding disturbance.

On July 31, 2012, around 19:30 on July 31, 2012, the Defendant discovered that the said victim reported the Defendant to the police at the same place, and obstructed the operation of the PC by the victim by force by avoiding disturbance for about 30 minutes, such as “Abstin and the Incheon floor, which is the same as that of the sick and wounded, will be checked so that they can grow together and close down.”
