Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is concurrently engaged in the shipping industry as the owner of the Incheon Shipping B, and is a representative of C's office.

Any person who intends to operate a coastal cargo transport business shall register with the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry.
