Punishment of the crime

B A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “B”), the former Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “B”), and the former Co., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “D, etc.”) were the head office in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Building F, and G were the overall management of the said Co., Ltd., and H was the representative of the said Co., Ltd., who is in exclusive charge of external publicity as the representative of the said Co., Ltd., and did not obtain authorization or file a registration report from the competent authority, and paid profits according to the investment principal ratio by inviting many unspecified investors from early April 2016, and by recruiting subordinate investors, it was a similar receipt business with the contents that the introduction allowance is paid, and operated through the Center, etc

Defendant Company (hereinafter “Defendant”) is the head of the U.S. Center in collusion with the persons related to the foregoing G and H in order to make an investment in the same type of business. From April 7, 2016 to September 20, 2016, the office located in the U.S. Seo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City I building J, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si. Until September 20, the Defendant paid 200,000 won of the investment for five (600,000 won per week) to many and unspecified persons. The investment form is a KRW 60,00,000,000,000,000,000 won per annum, B-type 1.2,000,000 won, and C-type 2,480,000 won, D-type 9,600,000 won, F-type 1,20,000 won per week.

In addition, in the manner of attracting investors by explaining 40% of the allowances to be paid to the lower-tier investors when the investor in question was in company with the lower-tier investors, and attracting investment by inviting investors, the said investor received 747,100,000 won in total from the investor K, L, M, and N over 174 times, such as in the list of crimes in the attached Form.
