A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A person other than a person handling narcotics, shall not trade, deliver, administer, or possess a psychotropic drug camblopon (hereinafter referred to as “copon”; hereinafter referred to as “copon”), and the defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Points to trade philophones;

A. On July 2019, the Defendant: (a) purchased 1g of philophone from the sales volume of philophones, which he/she came to know in the course of the Internet portal package search on July 2019; (b) transferred bitcos equivalent to 700,000 won through the virtual exchange on July 26, 2019; and (c) purchased philophones through the virtual currency exchange on the same day; and (d) purchased philophones by means of finding one g of philophones, which was hidden in advance in the first floor of 1st century in the private-dong, Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

B. On August 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase one gramphone from the sales book of a gramphone on his/her name using the same method as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a) above; (b) transferred a gramphone amounting to one million won through the virtual currency exchange on September 4, 2019; (c) on September 11:46, 2019, transferred a gramphone amounting to one million won for the purchase price of gramphones through the virtual currency exchange; and (d) on September 5, 2019, on September 15:00, 2019, a phiphone sales book was sold by means of finding one gramphone, which was hidden in advance on the top of a rophone on the first floor of Bluan at the time of Boan.

C. On October 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase one gramphone from the sales volume of penphones in the same manner as indicated in the above paragraph (a); (b) transferred bitcos equivalent to KRW 700,000 through the virtual currency exchange around 03:56 on October 10, 2019 through the virtual currency purchase price; and (c) on October 16:0, 2019, phiphone sales volume was concealed in advance on the inside of the emergency warning board of the first and second floor of the building between the first and the second floor of the Daejeon-gu, Daejeon.

2. The Defendant, at around 23:00 on August 2, 2019, entered the above 1-A in the building B and C, respectively.
