Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

"2019 Highest 5462" is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. by purchase of phiphones;

A. On June 29, 2018, the Defendant remitted KRW 1,000,000 to the Cbank account in the name of B on June 15, 2018, and on July 1, 2018, around 18:00, the Defendant purchased and sold approximately KRW 1 g of the Mampae (one penphone; hereinafter referred to as the “opon”).

On February 26, 2019, the Defendant remitted KRW 1,400,000 to an account in which the sales volume of philophones was known at the above F Ba-dong F Ba-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-

E. On April 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) remitted KRW 2,00,000 to an account in which the sales volume of the instant F Baphone was known at the point of 200,000; and (b) purchased and sold 3g of the instant Dolopphone by means of finding approximately 3g of the instant Dolopphone posted by the winners of the instant Bal-dong Blop-dong Man-dong, Manyang-si.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. by medication of phiphones.
