Punishment of the crime

5. Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, on September 2013, in the vicinity of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-dong Office 509-1, the Defendant provided approximately 0.3g of philophones purchased, such as those listed in paragraph 3, to E without compensation, and received narcotics.

6. Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, on November 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately five grams of philophonephones in the margin of a vinylus from F to 1.5 million won, and purchased narcotics, etc. in the vicinity of the two materials located in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yang Jae-dong.

7. Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, around December 2, 2013, within the Defendant’s Gampon car parked near Bupyeong-gu Office of Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, 509-1, and approximately 0.09gg of philopon, purchased as described in paragraph 6, shall be free of charge to E.
