1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On October 19, 2017, the Plaintiff driving a 06:03 Bsch Rexton car and driving the 7-28 Han River-ro, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, the 7-28 Han River-ro, Hanyang Underground-ro, about 300 meters of the three-lane road, along the one-lanes of the three-lane road, the Plaintiff is driving along the “satis” side in the Seoul Metropolitan Area.

On October 7, 2018 or on Sundays, which falls on October 7, 2018 and falls on the expiration of 90 days from the day following the day of service of the authentic copy of a written adjudication, the period of filing a lawsuit shall expire on October 8, 201.
