Punishment of the crime

On January 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 17:38, 2015, at the “D” hospital located in Socheon-si C, the Defendant: (b) caused the disturbance of the victim E (the age of 43) who is the chief of the department in charge of the above hospital, who is the director of the department in charge of the above hospital, to refrain from paying money to the president of the above hospital; and (c) caused damage to the face that requires approximately two weeks of treatment by taking the face of the victim’s face and pushing the body.
