Punishment of the crime
[Status of Defendant A] The 5th election of the Busan Metropolitan City G council members (hereinafter “fiveth election”) held on June 2, 2010 (hereinafter “H”) and elected as a candidate belonging to the M political party from July 2012, 2012, Defendant A’s election of the 6th G council members of Busan Metropolitan City (hereinafter “sixth election”) that was implemented on June 4, 2014 (hereinafter “the 6th election”), was integrated into N” [O, IP, and J QL (N in the 5th election”) and H” election districts; hereinafter the same shall apply.

【Criminal Facts】
A local council member shall not make a contribution act to persons in the constituency concerned, or institutions, organizations, facilities, or persons having relations with the electorate, or institutions, organizations, or facilities even if they are outside the constituency concerned.
1. The Defendant: (a) around 12:00 on July 12, 2012, at the “AB” restaurant located in Busan AA, provided five employees of the community service center, including the head of I Dong, who are located in the Defendant’s constituency, with meals of KRW 106,67,00; and (b) as indicated in the attached list of crimes (1), as indicated in the attached list of crimes (1).
