Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A and Defendant H’s co-principal conduct are the actual business owners of “J Maz”, a business establishment of similar sexual traffic in the second floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I building, and Defendant H was a person registered as the business entity of the above “J Maz” at night, who has managed the said business establishment with Defendant A while taking charge of carbs and customer guidance at the above business establishment at night.
From November 21, 2014 to June 4, 2015, the Defendants conspired to engage in the said “J Magaz”, and introduced female employees working at the said business place after receiving approximately KRW 8 to 90,000 in return for the payment of marina in return for the said business place, and let female employees look at the sexual organ of the customer, and arranged similar sexual traffic by way of having female employees look at the sexual organ of the customer.
As a result, Defendants conspired to act as commercial sex acts such as brokerage.
2. Defendants, K, L, and M’s co-principal, Defendant A and K, L, and M are those operating “Oma place”, which are similar commercial sex acts establishments located in the first floor underground of the building in Gangnam-gu Seoul N, Seoul, and Defendant H was a person who was in charge of the duties of “Oma place president,” such as registering the above business entity and providing the account of the national bank in his name to be used at the above business entity. Defendant B and Defendant C are the chief of the above business entity, who was in charge of the duties of carbter and customer guidance.
The Defendants, along with K, L, and M, from December 18, 2014 to April 23, 2015, introduced female employees working at the said establishment with approximately KRW 1.20,000 as the price for marina services, and introduced female employees working at the said establishment to the said employees, and then let female employees feel her sexual intercourse with the said establishment during the said period.
