A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 3621"

1. The Defendant: (a) around 01:30 on February 12, 2017, in front of the “D” operated by the Victim C in Chang-si Magpo-si B, Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) in front of the “D” operated by the Victim C, he/she was in custody of the victim; (c) five thousand won of the total market value of the victim’s ownership;

As a result, the theft was committed.

From around that time to March 18, 2017, the Defendant entered the list of crimes (2) as “18” under the charges of the Defendant’s defense, i.e., the total amount of 17 times in Changwon-si E-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si, such as the list of crimes (2). However, among the list of crimes in attached Form (2), the column was omitted and there is any disadvantage to the Defendant’s exercise of his/her right to defense.

As such, it is not visible to correct it ex officio.

Over the same way, property equivalent to the total market value of KRW 4,971,00 in the same way was stolen, and the property was stolen on five occasions through the same method, but the locking device of the hydrosium was corrected, etc.

2. On February 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) invaded upon a structure at night; (b) intruded into the site through the main entrance of the bank, which was not corrected in front of the “H restaurant” operated by the Victim G in Changwon-si, Changwon-si; and (c) intruded into the site through the main entrance of the bank, which was not corrected in front of the “H restaurant” operated by the Victim G in Changwon-si, Changwon-si; and (d) cut off the sea sea 5 kmg of the market value equivalent to KRW 90,00,00,

We kept and stolen.

From around that time to March 18, 2017, the Defendant stolen the property equivalent to KRW 3,380,000,000 in total, by intrusion upon another’s structure at night through the same method, from the Changwon-si E and I’s day to six times, such as the list of crimes (1) in attached Form 1.

1. Larceny;

A. On February 18, 2017, the Defendant cited catches, such as 20 km, 100,000,000 won in the total market value of tidelands owned by the said victim, from the warehouse located in the fish storage of the victim K, a fishing vessel of the J K in Chang-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Jdong-si, Seowon-si, and one hundred kmg.
