Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff was serving as a professor in charge of performance planning and contribution as well as Cuniversity newspaper and broadcasting division, and was in office as B from May 2017.
Since the publication of around 1988, the defendant published the ground once a week for major purposes of improving women's rights and interests, and published online articles on the Internet homepage.
B. From 2006 to 2014, the Plaintiff freely talked with four male and female workers (one male and two female workers) with the aim of "on the basis of sexual orientation and gender relationship, workplace stress, marriage, childbirth, child care, etc.," and then published the conversation in the form of a conversation “E (E means F, G, H, H, and child).”

It is pointed out that part of the contents recorded in the “J”, “E”, “K, etc. among the books published by the Plaintiff, including the contents of the paragraph, contain the distorted adult awareness, women’s view, and women’s vision, and is a public official working in the Cheongdae.
