A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 17:40 on September 15, 2013, the Defendant driving a rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license in the 140km section from the place where the address of Gangseo-si cannot be known to the river.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those who are engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On September 15, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license at around 17:40 on September 15, 2013, and moved the two-lanes on the Man-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-dong Highway 125K from the Gangwon-do-ri-si to Incheon at a sloping speed.

A driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to drive the motor vehicle safely by operating the steering gear and brake system with the view to the front side and the left side at the time of changing the course and confirming the existence of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and did not confirm whether or not a vehicle is on the one-lane without obtaining a driver's license, and caused the change of the lane to be driven by the victim D(35 years of age).

Ultimately, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, suffered from the victim F (V) and victim G (V), who were on board the above D and the above Kaxa vehicle (V), respectively, about two weeks of medical treatment. At the same time, the Defendant attempted to escape without taking measures to rescue victims, prevent danger on the road, and ensure smooth traffic flow, even though the repair cost is 458,850 won by damaging the penter of the above Kaxa vehicle owned by the Defendant, thereby causing danger on the road.

3. The Defendant’s unlawful uttering of private documents is located in H around 18:20 on September 15, 2013.
