Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If a fine is not paid, 50,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 14, 2012, at around 07:38, the Defendant assaulted the victim in a manner of drawing flags from the mountain conference bus located in the mountain conference bus located in front of Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul, with the problem of bus riding, etc., leading the victim to a stop in the mountain conference bus in front of Sungnam-gu.
