1. As to KRW 116,926,605 and KRW 72,120,00 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 44,806,605 from May 26, 2017.

3. Building area: 484.39 square meters (147 square meters);

4. Contract amount: Additional tax rate of KRW 529,200,000,000 per day (529,200,000).

In order to prepare the above, the owner shall be determined by B.

5. Period from June 13, 2016 to November 12, 2016.

(Attachment) On June 12, 2016, the Plaintiff was awarded a contract with the Defendant for the construction of a multi-family house C ground unit in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si (hereinafter “instant construction”).

The Plaintiff completed the instant construction and completed the completion inspection on November 24, 2016, and received KRW 510,000,000 as the construction price from the Defendant.

[Based on the fact that there is no dispute, Gap evidence Nos. 1, 16, Eul evidence Nos. 4, assertion of the purport of the whole pleadings, and the plaintiff's assertion of the judgment, the construction area under the contract of this case is 484.39 square meters (147 square meters) and the construction price is 582,120,000 won (per square year unit price x 3,600,000 x 147 square meters x 147 x 1.1 value added tax). Since the actual construction area increases to 601.80 cubic meters (182 square meters), the construction price also increased to 720,720,000 won (i.e., unit price 3,600,000 won per square year x 182 square meters x 182 square meters) pursuant to Article 10 of the contract of this case.
