2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On November 18, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Defendant to purchase the amount of KRW 434,70,000 per unit price, KRW 90,000 per unit price, KRW 43,470,000, KRW 391,230,000 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) by stipulating that the Plaintiff shall pay the remainder of KRW 391,230,00 on January 20, 2017 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).

B. The special terms and conditions of the instant sales contract (hereinafter “instant special terms and conditions”) are as follows.
