On September 17, 2017, at around 03:19, the Defendant: (a) laid off “D” (main points) No. 78, located on the first floor of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City C underground; (b) the victim’s market value, which was kept by the victim E, was 7 plugs; (c) the amount of microphones 7 plugs; and (d) the victim’s non-explosive money, which had been kept by the victim E, was cut off.
