Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the driver of a sports vehicle B in Coin.

On November 13, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.151% during blood transfusions, and led the said vehicle to make a bypass from the side of the Daejeon-gu Daejeon Complex Terminal to the parallel of four streets.
