1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Defendant) shall draw up a separate sheet among the real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant).

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The status of the party is the owner of the Busan Jin-gu C Dae-gu 116 square meters (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s land”), and the Defendant is the owner of the real estate indicated in the attached Table, which is the adjoining land of the above real estate (hereinafter “Defendant’s land”).

B. 1) D purchased the Defendant’s land and its ground house on October 15, 1970, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on October 17, 1970. 2) The Plaintiff purchased, on January 17, 1983, the housing (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s housing”) constructed on the ground of five square meters in the part of the land in the (b) on board (hereinafter “the instant land”), which was successively connected each point of the Plaintiff’s land and the above land and the Defendant’s land, and constructed a fence that was owned on the ground of the instant dispute, from January 17, 1983.

Land in the dispute of this case has been continuously used as a site necessary for the location and use of the Plaintiff’s housing since that time.

3) The F purchased the Defendant’s land and its ground house from D on July 20, 1985, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on July 22, 1985, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on July 22, 1985. At around 1994, F, on the basis of the line of the existing fence located on the land in the dispute of this case, was divided into the Plaintiff’s house. 4) The Defendant purchased the Defendant’s land and its ground house from F on March 24, 200, together with the Defendant’s land and its ground house, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 31, 200.
