Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 15, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Death, etc.) driven a express bus B at a speed of 90km per hour from the north Daegu-gu bank to the water rate lower than 90km.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) suffered from the victim D by occupational negligence at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) on the same day as indicated in the attached list of crimes on the same day, such as causing the victim D’s bodily impairment of head and other parts requiring treatment for about two weeks.
