On December 24, 2008, the Plaintiff lent KRW 200 million to the Defendant at the rate of 17% per annum on December 24, 2013, interest rate of 14% per annum, and damages for delay.

The defendant delayed the repayment of principal and interest and remains 86,904,068 won as of January 13, 2020.
